Did You Purchase An NVIDIA GTX 970?

NVIDIA's Senior Vice President of GPU Engineering, Jonah Alben, recently admitted that "the GTX 970 actually has fewer ROPs and less L2 cache" than previously represented in NVIDIA's marketing materials. Additionally, the website PC Perspective reports that the 4GB of VRAM is actually divided into two pools: a faster 3.5GB section, and a much slower 0.5GB section. This may negatively impact performance.
