Appointed Interim Class Counsel in Sensa Weight Loss System Litigation On March 2, 2012, Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California appointed Bursor & Fisher, P.A. to serve as Interim Class Counsel in In re Sensa Weight Loss System Litigation to represent a proposed class of people who purchased Sensa weight loss products. The lawsuit alleges that Sensa Products LLC, GNC Corp., and other defendants violated the Consumers Legal Remedies Act and other laws through false and deceptive advertising of the Sensa Weight Loss System.
