Mendez of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California appointed Bursor & Fisher, P.A. to serve as Interim Class Counsel in Dei Rossi v. Whirlpool Corp. et al., to represent a proposed nationwide class of persons who purchased mislabeled KitchenAid refrigerators from Whirlpool Corp., Best Buy, and other retailers.
