Bursor & Fisher, P.A. announced that it filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of premium members of www.TheLadders.com from March 11, 2007 through August 31, 2011.

The lawsuit alleges that from its inception until September, 2011, TheLadders represented itself to be "a premium job site for only $100k+ jobs, and only $100k+ talent," though its purported job listings were for jobs that did not exist, did not pay $100k+, and/or were not authorized to be posted on TheLadders by the employers.
