Bursor & Fisher Appointed Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel In Apple Data Privacy Litigation

On July 5, 2023, District Judge Edward J. Davila of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, appointed Bursor & Fisher, P.A. as Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel in the matter In Re: Apple Data Privacy Litigation. In appointing B&F, the Court stated that “Bursor & Fisher laid the groundwork for this action with its initial complaint and has been diligent in coordinating the numerous individual cases for consolidation” and further noted that the “Court has the utmost confidence that these firms will capably represent the putative class.”
