Bursor & Fisher Welcomes New Partner, Joshua D. Arisohn
Bursor & Fisher, P.A. is pleased to welcome Joshua D. Arisohn to the firm as a partner. Over the last nine years, Josh has litigated precedent-setting cases in the areas of mass torts, terrorism, and commercial disputes. He participated in the first-ever trial to take place under the Anti-Terrorism Act, a statute that affords U.S. citizens the right to assert federal claims for injuries arising out of acts of international terrorism. Josh’s practice continues to focus on terrorism-related matters as well as consumer protection class action work.
Josh previously practiced at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and DLA Piper LLP. He graduated from Columbia University School of Law in 2006, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and he has been honored as a 2015 Super Lawyer Rising Star.
