Jaguar Land Rover Settlement Approved

On October 11, 2024 Judge Stacey D. Abrams of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey granted final approval of the class action settlement in George v. Jaguar Land Rover North America LLC.  Bursor & Fisher filed the lawsuit in 2020 alleging that certain Jaguar and Land Rover automobiles were manufactured with unreliable infotainment systems.  The settlement provides $6 million in benefits to class members.
