Kotex Class Action Settlement Approved

On July 22 2020, Judge Christopher Kolker of the 20th Judicial Circuit Court for St. Clair County, Illinois granted final approval to the class action settlement in Moore v. Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc.  The settlement provides over $11 million in benefits to the Class.  Bursor & Fisher filed the lawsuit in 2019 alleging that Kimberly-Clark manufactured and sold defective U by Kotex® Tampons.
