Payment Sent to Condé Nast Class Members

On June 14, 2019, payments were sent to class members as part of the $13.75 million settlement in Moeller v. Advance Magazine Publishers, Inc. d/b/a Condé Nast.  The settlement was approved by Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on March 6, 2019, and provides for cash payments to class members of $82.63 each.
