Payment Sent to Premier Protein Class Members

On March 27, 2019, payments were sent to class members as part of the $9 million settlement in Gregorio v. Premier Nutrition Corporation.  The settlement was approved by Judge Analisa Torres of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on January 17, 2019, and provides for cash payments to class members ranging from approximately $17 to $34 apiece.
