Payments Sent to SolarCity Telephone Consumer Protection Act Class Members

On June 15, 2018, checks for $94.91 were sent to class members as part of the $15 million settlement in Lucero v. SolarCity Corp. The settlement was approved by Judge Richard Seeborg of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on February 1, 2018 and provides for cash payments to anyone who received one or more telemarketing calls from SolarCity Corp., and others.

“We’re thrilled that the settlement proceeds are being distributed,” said Joshua D. Arisohn, one of the firm’s partners handling the matter. “This is a terrific result that will put real money into the pockets of class members.”
