The Problem

The brake pads on Honda Civic vehicles from 2006 through 2011 wore out prematurely.

What We Did

We filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California on behalf of Honda Civic owners across the United States seeking reimbursement for the money they paid to have their brake pads replaced.

What Our Clients Got

The Court awarded each of the plaintiffs a $2,500 service award.  Class members were reimbursed for as much as 100% of their out-of-pocket expenses to replace the defective brake pads.
