Hyland’s sold homeopathic cold and flu products for children that it represented as providing fast, safe and effective relief from cold and flu symptoms.

What We Did

We filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of purchasers of Hyland’s cold and flu products for children alleging that the claims Hyland’s made about its products were false and misleading and seeking refunds for purchasers.  We litigated the case for more than five years.

What Our Clients Got

The Court awarded each of the plaintiffs a $5,000 service award.  Class members received a full cash refund for up to two units of the Hyland’s products without proof of purchase.  Class members with proof of purchase received a full cash refund for an unlimited number of units purchased.
